High-speed SFP 10G 1550NM SM 40KM LC DUP module
The Extralink SFP -ZR is designed for 8.5G/10G and 10GBE optical fibers. The single-mode optical SFP module consists of two sections, i.e. a transmitter section containing an EML laser and a receiver section consisting of an APD photodiode integrated with a TIA. All modules meet Class I laser safety requirements. The SFP -ZR's digital diagnostic functions are available via a 2-wire serial interface, allowing real-time access to device operating parameters such as transceiver temperature, laser beam current, transmitted optical power, received optical power and single-mode SFP insertion power supply voltage. The 10G SFP module can operate at data rates of ≤4 .25 Gbps or from 9.95 Gbps to 11.3 Gbps.
