Product description
The P600M is a standard 6 A / 1000 V axial-lead silicon rectifier diode in a P600 package (Ø8 × 7.5 mm). It suits 50/60 Hz mains rectification, power supplies and reverse polarity protection. Its package is smaller than the industry standard.
