Product description
The 1N4004 is a general-purpose 1 A / 400 V axial-lead silicon rectifier diode in a DO-41 package. It suits AC rectification in power supplies, reverse polarity protection and other circuits in consumer, computer and office electronics. It is low cost, with low leakage and a low forward voltage drop.

- Repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM): 400 V
- Forward voltage (VF): ≤ 1.1 V at 1 A
- Reverse current (IR): ≤ 5 µA at 25 °C
