SUNLU PP Filament (natural white)

SUNLU PP is an advanced polypropylene filament that combines lightness, strength, and chemical resistance in a single material. Up to 27% lighter than PLA (density approx. 0.9 g/cm³), it allows you to create sturdy yet flexible prints while using less material. Thanks to its high impact resistance (40 kJ/m²), elongation (up to 900%), and fatigue resistance, it is ideal for functional and industrial projects. Furthermore, the filament is food-safe, opening up a wide range of applications in everyday life. Stable print parameters (diameter 1.75 ±0.03 mm, no bubbles, length approx. 385 m) ensure repeatable, high-quality results.

Lighter prints, greater possibilities

Thanks to its significantly lower weight compared to traditional PLA filaments, SUNLU PP allows you to create lightweight structures without compromising on strength. This translates to real material savings and greater work efficiency—especially on larger projects. Ideal for functional parts, prototypes, or components requiring weight reduction without sacrificing functionality. Lightness also translates to greater ease of use for finished prints—less weight, more comfort.

SUNLU PP is a material designed for use in demanding conditions. Resistance to acids, alkalis, and solvents ensures that prints retain their properties even in harsh environments. High flexibility and resistance to repeated bending make it an ideal choice for components operating under dynamic conditions. Additionally, its food-contact compliance allows for the safe creation of containers, kitchen tools, and organizers. When used with the recommended print parameters (nozzle temperature 210–230°C, bed temperature 50–60°C, speed 50–150 mm/s), the filament offers process stability and excellent print quality.
