Melissa vacuum food sealer are perfect for sealing both wet and dry foods. Ideal if you want to extend the shelf life of your food, for marinating or cooking meat, fish, and vegetables in sous vide. Normally it can take hours to marinate your food properly, but by vacuum sealing it, it can be done in 20 minutes. The device has a max. welding width of 28 cm, as well as integrated cutting function.
