xTool Desktop Fume Extractor
The xTool Desktop Fume Extractor is a device designed to create a safe and comfortable working environment during laser processing. Thanks to its integration with the xTool F1 system, it can automatically start up when work begins and remain active for another 10 seconds after it ends, allowing for more effective air purification in the work area.
Automatic synchronization with xTool F1
The device is designed to work seamlessly with the xTool F1. In synchronization mode, simply connect the cable for the air purifier to operate in tandem with the laser’s working process. This allows it to start and stop automatically without manual intervention, ensuring smooth operation and greater user convenience.
Smart operating time control
The fume extractor allows you to freely set the operating time in the xTool Creative Space software, so you can tailor its operation to the type of material being processed and your current needs. This allows for precise adjustment of filtration intensity, resulting in more effective purification of the workspace.
High-efficiency multi-stage filtration system
The filtration system consists of a pre-filter, an H13 True HEPA filter, and an activated carbon layer. The pre-filter captures larger particles up to 25 μm in size, the HEPA filter captures up to 99.97% of particles ranging from 0.3 μm to 5 μm, and the activated carbon layer neutralizes harmful gases and unpleasant odors. This combination ensures effective air purification while you work.
Effective smoke reduction and user comfort
The unit’s enclosed design is engineered to minimize the risk of smoke escaping into the surrounding area. The extractor effectively reduces PM2.5 and TVOC levels, helping to maintain a cleaner and more comfortable work environment. Additionally, users have access to 3 speed settings, allowing them to adjust the intensity of operation to suit the conditions and the material being worked on.
Practical features and replaceable filters
The set includes an additional ventilation tube and two spare pre-filters, which enhance user convenience and extend operating time without the need to purchase additional parts. The filter system is replaceable, and the manufacturer recommends replacing the filters after three pre-filters have been used, which helps maintain high filtration efficiency for a longer period.
