Pair of 10G WDM 1270/1330 40KM LC DDM SFP modules for single-mode fiber.
EXTRALINK SFP BIDI transceivers are small form factor single-mode SFP modules that provide two-way optical data transmission (e.g., 10GBASE-LR/LW as defined by IEEE 802.3ae). The SFP optical module is equipped with a 20-pin SFP connector that allows the transceiver to be connected without shutting down the device. The EXTRALINK SFP BIDI is designed for single-mode fibers and operates at nominal wavelengths, namely 1270 nm or 1330 nm. The transmitter section uses a multi-mode DFB quantum well compliant with International Safety Standard IEC-60825, and the receiver section uses an integrated InGaAs detection preamplifier (IDP) mounted in the optical head and an IC limiting power amplifier. The single-mode SFP insert supports data rates from 9.95 Gbps to 10.3 Gbps.
