The xTool F2 Ultra is the world's first laser engraving machine to feature a dual MOPA (Master Oscillator Power Amplifier, a technology that enables precise control of laser pulses) system, combining the power of a 60 Watt MOPA laser with a 40 Watt diode. This revolutionary design makes the device ideal for a wide variety of materials - from stainless steel and aluminum, to silver, plastic and wood, to leather, glass, stone, rubber and more. With advanced artificial intelligence and dual 48 MP cameras, the product automatically recognizes plastics and optimizes settings to increase precision. In addition, speeds of up to 15,000 mm/s and a 220 x 220 mm work area ensure maximum efficiency.

A 60 W MOPA laser combined with a 40 W diode laser creates unprecedented material processing capabilities. AI-powered laser engraving machine

The F2 Ultra is the first MOPA laser that uses AI (Artificial Intelligence, artificial intelligence) to automatically detect materials and apply optimal settings without manual setup. Dual 48 MP cameras increase positioning accuracy to 0.2 mm and improve precision by 60% over single-camera systems.

Maximum productivity with ultra-fast engraving

Engraving speeds of up to 15,000 mm/s make the F2 Ultra one of the fastest machines in its class. A 40 x 40 mm brass coin will be engraved in just about 3 minutes and 19 seconds, while a 100 x 30 mm metal statuette will be engraved in just about 23 seconds. Such high speed means you can perform your daily tasks even more efficiently - whether as a hobby or for work.

Larger work area opens up new possibilities

The 220 x 220 mm work area provides significantly more space than standard solutions. Plenty of working space allows you to complete larger projects without compromising on precision - from small jewelry pieces to large cutting boards, coasters or decorations. Also available as an option is the Auto Streamline™ feeder, which expands the area to approximately 220 x 500 mm, providing additional capabilities - useful, for example, during mass production and bulk orders.

Innovative 3D Curve™ engraving and cylindrical machining

The exclusive xTool 3D Curve technology automatically creates 3D models for curved surfaces, enabling seamless engraving of designs on irregular shapes. In addition, the RA2 Pro is the world's first 4-in-1 rotary system (sold separately) to support 90% of cylindrical engraving, supporting 4 forms of rotation tailored to shapes such as rings, Christmas baubles and mugs, for example.

Safety at the highest level

A stable extraction system effectively removes smoke and dust during engraving, maintaining a clean and safe working environment. A fully enclosed cover effectively blocks harmful light from both the 455nm diode laser and the MOPA laser, and an emergency stop button and fire safety alarm with automatic stop further enhance safety.
