The Neewer RL45B 45W 18″ Ultra-Slim LED Ring Light is a comprehensive lighting kit designed for video recording, live streaming, makeup application, photography, and social media content creation. The model uses 288 high-performance LEDs, offers up to 45W of power, and delivers 3300 lux at 0.5 m, effectively illuminating the face and workspace. A CRI of 97+ ensures natural color reproduction, which is crucial for video recording, beauty shoots, and product photography. The lamp has an 18″ diameter, an ultra-thin edge-lit design approximately 2 cm thick, and overall dimensions of 545 × 440 × 30 mm, so it doesn’t take up much space and looks great in a modern studio.

Soft and even light without harsh shadows

Edge-lit technology makes the light more diffused and gentler on the eyes than in classic ring lights. This lighting style helps minimize harsh shadows on the face, making the light ideal for makeup, streaming, and vlogging. The large 18″ ring allows for even illumination of a larger area of the frame, resulting in a more professional look for your recordings. Flicker-free brightness adjustment from 0–100% allows you to conveniently adapt the light to the surrounding conditions and the type of content you’re creating.

The Neewer RL45B offers two operating modes, making it easy to adjust the lighting to a specific scene. CCT mode allows you to adjust the color temperature from 2900K to 7000K, making it easy to achieve both warm and cool light. This allows you to better match the lighting to skin tone, the mood of the recording, or the ambient light in the room. Additionally, the lamp features 12 FX effects that simulate, among other things, lightning, a TV screen, candlelight, or paparazzi flashes, helping you create more dynamic video content without additional accessories.

Convenient control and wide compatibility

The RL45B model is equipped with a 2-in-1 magnetic controller that can function as a panel mounted directly on the light or as a wireless remote control. Users can conveniently adjust brightness, color temperature, and switch between operating modes without having to approach the setup. The light also works with the NEEWER mobile app via Bluetooth and with PCs and Macs using a 2.4G transmitter. This solution is particularly useful for solo recordings, livestreams, and work in a home studio.
