Service protection with DJI Care Refresh (two-year plan)
DJI Care Refresh is service protection for your drone that, for a small additional fee, will provide you with two replacements for damaged equipment per year. It covers damage caused by collisions or contact with water, among other things. Damaged equipment will then be replaced with new or equivalent equipment. The service package can be activated once within 48 hours of activating (first launch) the drone or at a later date after sending verification video footage to DJI. The official manufacturer's warranty applies during the service period.
DJI Mini 5 Pro
For the DJI Mini 5 Pro drone, the cost of the first replacement under DJI Care Refresh is PLN 459. Each subsequent replacement is subject to a fee of PLN 479. The cost of the Flyaway service is PLN 1399.*

Flyaway Coverage
DJI Care Flyaway is an additional service in the DJI Care Refresh service plan that allows you to receive a brand new drone if your previous one flies away for unknown reasons and cannot be recovered. In the event of unintentional loss of your drone, simply pay the applicable service fee to receive a brand new product. The service is available to all users who have purchased DJI Care Refresh protection (applies to select drone models) – including those who purchased it before the Flyaway service was introduced.
• DJI Care Refresh (annual plan) offers two replacements and the option to use Flyaway Coverage once.
• DJI Care Refresh (2-year package) offers four replacements and the option to use Flyaway Coverage twice.
Activating Flyaway Coverage
To use Flyaway Coverage, users must link their DJI account and control equipment to the drone using the DJI Fly app. If they do not do so before the device is lost, they will not be able to use the replacement service.
How to activate DJI Care Refresh
1. The code must be activated at:https://support.dji.com/care/active.
2. During the activation process, you will need to provide the Care Refresh code, the serial number of the device (located directly on the product), and the details of the person activating the package (first and last name, email address).
3. The Service Package will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. You will receive confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation by email. Your drone is now safe!
It is also possible to assign DJI Care Refresh to a product 48 hours after its activation. To do this, you must send a verification video showing the condition of the device to the manufacturer. When an accident occurs
The procedure in the event of an accident is very simple. All you need to do is report the failure and send the damaged equipment to the DJI warranty service center—don't forget to note that you are using DJI Care Refresh. Once you receive a repair estimate, you can choose whether to proceed with the repair or opt for a replacement under the Service Plan. If you choose the second option, all you have to do is pay the appropriate fee – you will receive a replacement device as a priority, and if you are in the same region where you purchased DJI Care Refresh, the manufacturer will pay for shipping!
1. The user reports the fault and sends the drone to the German DJI service center with a note that they have DJI Care Refresh.
2. The user receives a repair estimate and, based on this, decides whether they want to have the repair/replacement done for a fee or through DJI Care Refresh.
3. After selecting the DJI Care Refresh option, the user pays the replacement fee and receives another unit or new replacement parts, i.e., gimbal, camera, propellers.
4. The replaced product is delivered to the user as a priority with free shipping.
Cases covered by DJI Care Refresh
By purchasing DJI Care Refresh, you protect your drone against, among other things, crashes, drowning, collisions, or accidents caused by signal interference. DJI Care Refresh also covers accidents caused by operator error.
- User error.
- Signal interference.
- Collision.
- Drowning (To be eligible for coverage, the wreckage of the drone must be delivered to the manufacturer's service center).
- Fall.
DJI Care Refresh does not cover
1) Lost or partially lost drones, gimbals, or accessories.
2) Theft or abandonment of the product.
3) Damage caused by flying in inappropriate weather conditions.
4) Transmitter, additional accessories.
5) Intentional loss of the drone.
6) Damage to the casing that does not affect the operation of the product.
7) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.
8) Malfunctions occurring outside the DJI Care Refresh validity period.
9) Additional fees related to model upgrades or performance improvements.
10) Malfunctions resulting from modifications that are not in accordance with the recommendations in the user manual or from the use of incompatible batteries and chargers.
11) Malfunctions resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries, or software.
