With 1ATM water resistance, you can wear it in the shower and while swimming, and the battery provides up to 5 days of operation or up to 15 days in standby mode. Easy-to-read display

The built-in LED screen located directly on the ring allows you to quickly view key information - without having to reach for your phone. You can check the current time, number of steps taken, battery level and current heart rate. During activity, the Colmi R12 records heart rate, distance traveled, number of steps, exercise time and the number of calories burned.
