xTool SafetyPro™ AP2 Max Smoke Absorber

The xTool SafetyPro™ AP2 Max is an industrial smoke absorber designed for users of professional laser engravers and cutters. The device ensures maximum air purity by eliminating smoke, odors and toxic substances right at the source. With a huge capacity of 700 m³/h and an advanced seven-layer filtration system, the product creates a safe and comfortable working environment even when used for long hours.

Seven layers of complete protection

The SafetyPro™ AP2 Max uses a seven-layer filtration system that removes both large particles and microscopic fines and harmful gases from the air. The SuperCyclone filter captures 99% of particles over 5 μm in diameter and protects subsequent layers from clogging. Pre-filter and medium efficiency filters eliminate dust, fibers and up to 95% of PM2.5 fine dust, while two carbon layers - activated carbon and ultra-dense carbon mesh - neutralize volatile organic compounds and 99.99% of odors. A formaldehyde filter breaks down toxic HCHO into water and carbon dioxide, reducing its concentration. The final barrier is the HEPA filter, which traps 99.97% of particles, allergens and viruses as small as 0.3 micrometers.

SuperCyclone - longer filter life, lower costs

The innovative SuperCyclone system makes the entire filtration process more efficient and cost-effective. It is reusable and its design prevents clogging of successive layers. This extends the life of the pre-filter by up to ten times, which means less frequent replacement, less material consumption and lower operating costs.

Quiet, efficient operation and precise control

The 900-watt motor generates a stable airflow with a noise level of only about 65 dB, which helps maintain acoustic comfort in the workshop or workshop. In addition, the airflow regulation from 1 to 100% allows you to perfectly adjust the operation of the device to the current conditions and the type of material being processed.
